Insurance won't cover it unfortunately, they told me it's all out of my pocket. :/
Damn an oil line or something broke while I was driving the other week all of the engine oil dumped on the highway while I was going 120, and the engine seized.
1500$ tow bill for something that will cost more to fix than its worth.

How much does a decent used car cost where you live? I'm not an expert when it comes to car prices but using a random online portal for used cars (non-US) I'm seeing several 'Mercedes-Benz' for (rounded) $1,000 to $1,500.
Uh where I live it mostly varies by year, so anywhere between 2000-2010 would be between $5k-$10k and anything newer would double or triple the price. (Looking at CarGurus and Kelley Blue Book as my sources.)
